How We Work

  • IT Meeting

We schedule a meeting to establish your IT Support requirements and to listen to the problems and concerns you may have. We also answer all question you may have.

  • IT Audit

We need to do an IT audit to establish what exactly is wrong and the steps we need to take.

  • Quotation

At this point the client will receive a detailed IT Support quotation with 10 steps. Each step will indicate the approximate time frame and cost. Each step needs to be completed before we can proceed.

It is important to understand that all these steps can be done in sequence or the client can do this as the budget allows.

  • Initial Setup

The initial implementation can then start on a month trial basis where the client has the time to evaluate our services.

During this time all hardware is payable upfront and the client will be invoiced on a weekly basis. 

We respond to call outs where the client pays a standard call out fee of R250 and an hourly fee of R590 per hour.

  • Retainer

At this point the client can decide what IT Services and packages are required. Economical, Standard, Priority and High Priority IT Support options.
